• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Delivery times may vary during sale periods or public holidays.
• We currently ship within India only.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Rivento gear. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's how our return process works:

• 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Size exchanges are available — just initiate a return and place a new order.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@rivento.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return label within 24 hours.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the nearest courier point.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
